TECHNOLOGY HOUSE, BRACKNELL

This project was to convert three floors of office space into 60 up market modern 1,2 and 3 bedroom apartments. 
It began by completely stripping out the existing building back to its original shell before installing new acoustic flooring throughout along with all associated fireproofing. Once this was completed we proceeded to divide the space up into 20 apartments on each floor using acoustic walling and ceiling systems.The surfaces were finished using tape and joint before having a 3 coat painted finish.
