This hotel project saw us take on the entire exterior cladding structure with a timber backing frame to detail dependant on the acoustic value followed by cementacious boarding and final coat colored Jub render system. The install team also fitted all Aluminum profiled flashing and a roof soffit finishes around the entire building, with areas separately clad with colored rain screen paneling.

 

Internally all rooms were plaster boarded with a tape and joint finish. All communal areas received either a drop suspended ceiling or MF and board finish.
