For this project we were contracted to carry out the external works to the front and rear of these multi million pound new build properties. This included full excavations for services, levelling to form front and rear landscaping. We also built the walls dividing the properties and the rear boundary lines with high grade timber feather edge panelling. Each property had slate patios laid in various designs to the rear and to the front there was brick paving drives and walkways with new top soil and turf in fills. The walls to the rear of the rear of the property were also fully rendered with a silicate through colour render system.
