This project started out as a small detached bungalow which was then extended to the rear and sides before removing the existing roof to install a further floor with 5 bedrooms 3 bathrooms and walk in wardrobe space. This project was constructed using lightweight steel which enabled us to drastically reduce the overall build time whilst keeping within the customers budget. The external walls were finished with a silicate through colour render with aluminium windows, doors and bi-folds to the rear. The interior was finished to a very high standard with underfloor heating throughout, and a bespoke hardwood entrance staircase.
